Manage overall operations including but not limited to the following:
Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, staffing, and hiring, staff development and holding team accountable, creating a culture in line with company values, building sales and local store marketing, safety & sanitationWe believe in great food, served with passion, in a fast and friendly manner.
